Moonlight has received a lot of positive feedback from viewers over the last few months. I saw the film a couple months back and it was simply breathtaking!

Trevante Rhodes, who plays “Black,” posted a selfie on his way to the event looking extremely dapper! Him along with Director, Barry Jenkins, have a lot be celebrate about being that the film has been nominated for 6 Golden Globes!

What a pleasant surprise for a film that I didn’t think would create as much of a buzz outside of the LGBT community. Keep in mind that this was an independent film which makes the nominations even more impressive. Not that awards are everything, but it is nice when great work is noticed.

We shall see how the night plays out…
