Madonna has always been a trend-setter and one to go against the grain. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what she believes in. Her music has always promoted liberation and acceptance.
This is something that happened early in the Summer, however The N Crowd has just peeped it. During the horrific Orlando shooting back in June, many celebrities took to social media to express their disgust for the act of pure evilness. Although there was a lot of negativity spreading as a result of the event, the overwhelming positivity and love filled the LGBT community will love and comfort.
Madonna was one of the many big names to express their support for the community. She posted a photo of herself and Britney Spears sharing a headlining kiss at the 2003 MTV Music Video Awards that read, “Gay or Straight, No Hate.”
