Could Derrick Gordon be Headed to the NBA?

Division 1 College Basketball Star, Derrick Gordon, has had a hell of a couple years since opening up about his sexuality back in April of 2014. After leaving UMass to play for the Seton Hall Pirates, Gordon would go on to win the Big East Tournament, a couple weeks back, making them the East Coast Champions.

This secured a spot for the Seton Hall Pirates in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 10 years! Unfortunately, they would go on to lose in the first round against Gonzaga with a final score of 68-52.

Although Gordon may have lost the first round in the NCAA Tournament, he could be winning in his next career move to enter into the 2016 NBA Draft! He made the announcement on social media with the image below along with the quote, “I will be entering the 2016 NBA Draft…#Blessed #Nba”
