Chocolate Milk After a Workout

I try to stay away from protein powders and supplements after my workout. I usually stick with chocolate milk. Milk of course, is a great source of PROTEIN and VITAMIN D. It’s a great, inexpensive alternative for a post workout drink. Oh, and did I mention that it’s DELICIOUS!
